How to interact with Freshdesk
When you report an incident by emailing the issue tracking system, an account is created for you. This enables you to login, read all about your issue and add comments. This is optional, instead you can add comments by replying to the emails that are sent to you.
How to see my colleagues issues
If your company wants you to be able to view each others issues, this is possible as long as you share the email domain name (e.g. @yourcompany.com). In that case, please send us an email.
